The G series in-line motor (KT13G/KT15G) is enhanced by the SDEC on the basis of the G128 diesel engine that is unique for generator sets with major updates in motor high quality, trustworthiness, gas economic system, NVH and physical appearance. The KT15G engine’s stroke is prolonged to 165 mm. Most parts of the G series in-line engine are interchangeable with these of the G128 engine. Produced in accordance with the SDEC manufacturing specifications, the G series in-line engines is a first power for generator sets of prime electrical power of one hundred sixty to 320 kW.

Adopted a non-quenched and tempered metal crankshaft for the KT15G motor, enhanced gaskets for all sealing locations, and changed gasoline injection pump connection from drive shaft construction to equipment link in get to enhance engine reliability. 

Enhanced water pump stream, and optimized pipeline layout to minimize method resistance. 

Improved oil pump stream and oil force to improve lubrication of interior transferring parts. 

Extra oil separator and redesigned thermostat to enhanced software adaptability to locations of diverse ambient temperatures. 

Redesigned gas line, optimized layouts of outside the house piping, air filter, as properly as guard and shield to make engine appear in very good industrial design. 

Utilized fractured connecting rod to offer easier routine maintenance and services. 

Upgraded to meet the emission specifications of China II for off-road products.
